Sushi Boat sur Carcassonne

This place is a gem. We stumbled upon it last year and decided to return last night, Tuesday, May 19th. The welcome is always warm, and the service is impeccable. The salmon croquettes are excellent, as are the cheese yakitori, the white cabbage, the Japanese rice, and the sushi—everything is truly delicious. The chef even popped in to say hello and make sure everything was alright. We appreciated the calm and serene atmosphere. It's a comfortable place, and the food is excellent. The price-quality ratio is good. Don't hesitate to go in. 🥰☺️

Very good, authentic Japanese food

Having already eaten there one evening during the Christmas holidays, I returned for lunch. The food is superb, starting with a warm and friendly welcome as always. The dishes are high quality and cooked to perfection. Some dishes might seem a little small at first glance, but when you leave, you feel like you've had a truly satisfying meal. The menu is very well organized and caters to everyone. They also know exactly what to pair with drinks. A well-deserved 5 stars! I'm very satisfied every time and highly recommend it. 🇯🇵👏🏻

Excellent sushi restaurant! 🍣 The concept is truly brilliant, combining table service with a conveyor belt bar. Personally, I love sitting at the conveyor belt: it's fun, convenient, and you can try lots of different things at your own pace. The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and very well prepared—clearly some of the best I've ever had! Every time I visit, I enjoy it from start to finish. I highly recommend it to all sushi lovers!

We've been coming here for years; it's a unique restaurant with quality ingredients and well-prepared sushi. It's a bit more expensive than takeout in Carcassonne, but it's NOTHING like it! The added bonus is the excellent service; the waiter is very pleasant and attentive, ensuring you have a great time. 👍 If you love sushi, go without hesitation! 😍
