Excellent sushi restaurant! 🍣
The concept is truly brilliant, combining table service with a conveyor belt bar. Personally, I love sitting at the conveyor belt: it's fun, convenient, and you can try lots of different things at your own pace.
The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and very well prepared—clearly some of the best I've ever had! Every time I visit, I enjoy it from start to finish.
I highly recommend it to all sushi lovers!

We've been coming here for years; it's a unique restaurant with quality ingredients and well-prepared sushi.
It's a bit more expensive than takeout in Carcassonne, but it's NOTHING like it!
The added bonus is the excellent service; the waiter is very pleasant and attentive, ensuring you have a great time. 👍 If you love sushi, go without hesitation! 😍

Excellent place! The quality of the sushi is remarkable, the fish very fresh, the rice perfectly seasoned, and the preparation meticulous. Each piece is flavorful and well-balanced. The service is pleasant, and the overall experience is top-notch. It's clearly the best place for lovers of authentic sushi! Special mention goes to the immersive and simply magnificent decor, which creates a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I had a wonderful time!
