A beautifully preserved mill, used for grinding wheat into flour to make a delicious Basque cake. The only downside was the lack of access to walk around the perimeter. A shame, it would have been lovely to be able to do so.
A must-visit! I come specifically for their cookies, always perfectly crisp and delicious 😍. The setting is simply magnificent, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A place I highly recommend!
