A superb stopover, and we were lucky enough to get a table at the last minute. All the dishes were excellent and generous, the view was superb, and the terrace overlooking the view was lovely. A wonderful discovery.

Beautiful view, delicious food at a great price! The vegetarian options (1 starter and 1 main course) were surprising, different from what I was used to; compliments to the chef!

To start out I would like to say that the food in this restaurant is very good. The tastes are refined and they have classics as well as some more innovative food. Unfortunately the service was poor to say the least. While we were a little bit early (5-10 minutes before opening) we greeted the waitress and we were told to use the main entrance instead of the terrace entrance. The main entrance was locked however and we had to wait until it was exactly 19.30 (the time our reservation was). Of course there is something to say, since we were early but it didn't feel very welcoming. When we were pointed to the table however the waiter was friendly enough and took our order not much later. It still didn't feel very warm but alas. The food turned out to be quite great - especially given the price - and we were put at a beautiful sea side table (the view is amazing). You could have a nice evening here but don't expect it to be very warm (written as a non-native, I don't know if locals get treated any better).

Not a great place, especially our table, which was right under the French doors leading to a bedroom where a woman was on a long speakerphone call, and directly above a noisy, busy road, even though two-thirds of the restaurant was empty. The drink service was frankly unpleasant: the waitress was icy and unfriendly. However, the food service was very courteous. As for the food itself, it was very good, thank goodness! Even so, we won't be going back. In this price range, you can find the same thing in much nicer places (environment, service, atmosphere).

Perfect welcome, delicious food, terrace with a magnificent ocean view. A wonderful experience. I absolutely recommend it. PS: Hey chef, couldn't you make your excellent pavlovas a little bigger? 😃

We shared a wonderful lunch. The menu is simple yet varied, with a touch of creativity that sets it apart from everything else around. It was excellent, and the prices were unbeatable! We'll definitely be back!

The food is exceptional, undeniably so... however, there are a few minor issues with the service. Having worked in restaurants, I know you never bring glasses without a tray; it's a rule! And if possible, all the glasses should be brought at the same time. The idea of ​​serving tapenade as an aperitif is a good one, but the bread should be brought in proportion to the number of people! Regarding the manager and the time she spent at a single table chatting at great length, it might have been a bit distracting. A good place nonetheless.

Nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant, which we hadn't tried before. Enjoying the terrace overlooking the sea, we received a very warm welcome, and the four different main courses and four different desserts were a hit with everyone. Not to mention the excellent whisky. Thank you for a wonderful evening on the Basque coast.
