The food is exceptional, undeniably so... however, there are a few minor issues with the service. Having worked in restaurants, I know you never bring glasses without a tray; it's a rule! And if possible, all the glasses should be brought at the same time. The idea of serving tapenade as an aperitif is a good one, but the bread should be brought in proportion to the number of people! Regarding the manager and the time she spent at a single table chatting at great length, it might have been a bit distracting. A good place nonetheless.

Nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant, which we hadn't tried before. Enjoying the terrace overlooking the sea, we received a very warm welcome, and the four different main courses and four different desserts were a hit with everyone. Not to mention the excellent whisky. Thank you for a wonderful evening on the Basque coast.

We entered the restaurant about 30 minutes after opening and there was only one occupied table. We then waited almost an hour for our appetizer, while all the other guests who arrived and ordered after us received their food before us. This was unacceptable, discriminatory behavior, and there wasn't a word of apology from the owner or the waiter. We had already been to the restaurant last September, and the food was excellent then as it was on our current visit. Nevertheless, we will not be returning.

A lovely spot; the sea and golf course views completely make you forget the light traffic.
The waiter who served us was perfect! He knows his menu, his products, and his wines, so he offered excellent advice, especially for food and wine pairings.
We ordered the hake: we highly recommend it; everything was perfectly executed.
The hanger steak was also tender and cooked to perfection. Special mention goes to its mille-feuille-style accompaniment. The pork chops were elevated by the chef, and the side dish was a refreshing change from the usual fare.
I highly recommend this restaurant!

We've eaten at this restaurant several times and love it. Most recently, we held our son's christening there. Everything was perfect: the service, the quality and quantity of the food, and the staff's discretion and professionalism. A room adjoining the restaurant and the terrace were reserved for us (free of charge). We highly recommend organizing this type of event at this restaurant; you won't be disappointed! Thank you again.

Excellent food, with a chef who does everything himself, poor man.
The waitress is like a potted plant; she's only there for decoration, or not at all, not a kind word, cold... only pleasant with customers she knows, she couldn't care less about everyone else.
Luckily the food is excellent.
The worst part is that this waitress is the owner! 🤣 Go for the food and ignore the waitress...
