I give this restaurant 4 stars to bring it up a little to the average. The first menu at 14€50 is certainly not extraordinary, you just get what you pay for. The wine in the pitcher is drinkable and the young waitress is friendly and friendly. At least with us who were kind....

Very central restaurant within the old city of Carcassonne. The price is reasonable and the menu is not bad. Little variety of dishes, and the quantity is not much in them. The food is good and they make you feel comfortable.

25/03/2024: We wanted to make a coffee and a croissant but at 3:30 pm you can't eat anything anymore...we had a coffee. They are not very friendly.

Brasserie Le Longchamp

26/03/2024: OK food. Great old building and nice staff.
24/03/2024: Ideal location with a beautiful terrace and space for children. Brasserie type, daily specials and decent burgers. Good value for money. A lack of staff in the dining room which led to around an hour of waiting but the kindness and calm of the 2 waitresses allowed us to have a good time with our 4 children this Sunday.
