Excellent customer service, attentive and efficient. Ordered a glass of wine and a charcuterie and cheese board. The wine was very good and the board was quite nice. Quiet and sheltered from the wind.

I noticed this place on my way to the Château and ended up stopping on the way back — mostly because of the terrace.
But it turned into more than just a nice view.
I tried a vegetarian version of the local cassoulet (which I was honestly unsure about… I don’t usually like beans). Surprisingly, it was really good. Just in case, I ordered a cheese plate as a backup. I ate it anyway:).
Then dessert. Then coffee.
The staff was very nice — even by my Canadian standards.
My only complaint: I ate too much and have to cancel my dinner plans.

My wife and I received a warm welcome and, above all, excellent advice regarding the different menus.
Having struggled to find vegetarian options in Carcassonne, we enjoyed a superb warm goat cheese salad with jam as a starter, followed by a surprising but very successful vegetarian cassoulet! From its appearance to its flavors, everything was excellent.
The staff were very pleasant and attentive throughout. The meal was a real pleasure, and we left delighted to explore the city.

Family atmosphere, warm welcome. We were seated for lunch at 5 pm, with our 35 kg dog who even had his own bowl of water!
Excellent value for money!!!
