We had a wonderful time at one of Honfleur's best restaurants, which truly deserves its Michelin star. Impeccable and attentive service from Simon and Paul 😄🤞😘 in a friendly atmosphere. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, an explosion of flavor. A real treat for our taste buds. The tasting menu is simply incredible. We'll definitely be back. The charming port of Honfleur offers a wealth of experiences. Among the must-try dishes is the restaurant Entre Terre et Mer, where my wife and I dined on May 8th.
The menu featured an all-lobster selection. The young chef employs a slow cooking technique that results in surprisingly tender meat. It was accompanied by perfectly seasoned fresh vegetables. The desserts were equally impressive: not too sweet and full of flavor. A strawberry sorbet on a bed of white chocolate and a citrus salad bursting with freshness. An exceptional dinner, perfectly complemented by a glass of excellent white Burgundy Aligoté, nicely decanted.
The service was attentive and friendly. What more could one ask for? Bravo! Bravissimo!

We loved this place. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful with the menu. Food is innovative without being jarring and using local ingredients where possible.
We chose the 7 course tasting menu and each course was a delight. We didn’t take the wine pairings as they have great wines by the glass. We sat on the terrace which was atmospheric and we were brought blankets when it got chilly later.
Would recommend for lunch or dinner. It really made our trip to Honfleur.

The food was excellent, and the service was superb.
We had the three-course menu with wine pairings. Unfortunately, the wines weren't as good as we'd expected, which was a shame.
