The Japanese pancake was divine, as was the Garbure (a soup with tiny, melt-in-your-mouth mussels, smoky sausage, crispy cannoli, and a heavenly broth). The Japanese chicken was also delicious and very different, with subtle nuances. I think I'll be dreaming about it.

Great location. Good atmosphere. Appealing space. Fun ordering system. Excellent food. BUT: Service a DISASTER. We arrived at 7:00 PM peak time and were repeatedly lost throughout the evening because no one seemed to take responsibility for us and we simply couldn't place our orders. Orders were also repeatedly "forgotten." The staff definitely needs to be increased when the restaurant is at its busiest…

In the hustle and bustle of Honfleur, how pleasant it is to find such a peaceful and high-quality restaurant-bakery right in the center! The welcome and service are delightful, and the cuisine, from start to finish (the pastries are as beautiful as they are delicious), is inventive, flavorful, varied, and surprising... all at a very reasonable price considering the quality of the food. Congratulations to the entire team at Saquana!
