There are unique experiences. This moment was part of it, despite unforeseen events that no one could have avoided. The service offered to remedy this was of high quality with remarkable responsiveness. We were able to enjoy a magnificent meal which has already left its mark on our minds. We were also offered a very nice room, close to the restaurant, quiet and furnished with great taste. As for the kindness of the entire team, what a pleasure to feel so well received!

Hotel, relay castles very well located near Megève with an incredible view of the valley and mountains
the Spa has an equally breathtaking view very clean
The atmosphere of the establishment is rather sober and cozy, the chef is unostentatious.
The starred restaurant is exceptionally, refined and good, the decor is refined down to the smallest detail, the dishes are excellent, the cooking perfect, the taste indescribable
the friendly, professional room staff puts you at ease
Apart from an error of 400€ on the final invoice everything was perfect
Congratulations to all

It was to the gourmet restaurant that we went for a family celebration.
We chose to have an aperitif in a very comfortable little lounge before being invited to a table in the very modern and elegant restaurant room.
We chose the tasting menu, giving the sommelier carte blanche for a wine pairing centered on Savoie.
What followed was a festival of flavors for both meat and fish.
We end with a fairy tale of desserts that play on the aromas of nature and milky expressions.

An exceptional meal with high quality dishes. Best restaurant my wife and I have ever eaten at.
However, a food and wine pairing at €195 for 5 glasses (not great wines).
A pleasant relaxation area whose terrace overlooks the continuous fireplaces of the restaurant...
A room that does not correspond to the standard of a relay and castle.
An excellent breakfast (crazy pastries) but there is a supplement for anything other than a boiled egg (up to €20 for eggs Benedict for example).

Magnificent mountain restaurant by Kristine and Emmanuel Renaut. In 8 dishes the Chef adds more, as the sommelier says, “at least you won’t be hungry when you leave”. With mountain plants or the vegetable garden, everything is exceptionally mastered and successful. The place is superb surrounded by nature.

The genuine, warm and welcoming 2 and 3 star establishments are getting thinner on the ground. Thank you to Emmanuel and Kristine for making Flocon so special and not another business-like Michelin establishment.
This really feels like you are eating with a family which is run by one of the best chefs in France!
It feels like the chef and staff are cooking for you and not their reputation. That their goal is to make you the most enjoyable meal they can, unlike other top chefs who are looking to create sterile businesses run by their proxies.
Congratulations to you both for everything you have created - long may you continue to entertain and innovate!

Stayed for one night at one of chalets which is built around the main ‘attraction, which is the restaurant. It goes without saying that the service was impeccable on all fronts. The location and quality of the accommodation is just perfect. We went for the five course menu which already was spectacular but there is also an eight course option if you feel brave ! I don’t need to go into detail about the quality of the food and ambiance as the 3 Michelin star rating speaks for itself. It is worth making the trip just to have dinner here but make sure to book well in advance. Chef Emanuel Renaut is actually in the kitchen and came out to greet the guests so you get to meet one of the contemporary French culinary grandmasters.
