What a mistake would anyone make if they didn't try Etorri's in-house products. A menu of products purchased locally, very well cooked, all in a friendly atmosphere (like at home). I would go there again without hesitation. Go for it!

During our holiday in St.Jean de Luz, we wanted to try moving from the sea towards the interior and we found this excellent restaurant nestled in the countryside at the foot of the Pyrenees. The idea was great, we ate very well! All local products, the best poulet basquaise I have ever tasted (and I have been around here many times!). Really large portions, but the deliciousness of the food was a great incentive to finish the dishes.

Homemade cooking with local products!! An inventiveness on the plates which allows us to discover local recipes. With a very good quality/price ratio. The producers are also well highlighted in the presentation of the menu, which the owner carries out. With great enthusiasm, she also advises us on nice things to do, in order to fully enjoy the region. Few people go to such great lengths to offer dishes in line with their beliefs and values.

You should know that the menu available on the internet is no longer up to date... today it is offered a single dish (rib of beef) in two different menus to choose from (with different starters and desserts), and unlimited cider for 35€, or 39€ depending on the formula chosen But we really enjoyed it, it was excellent from start to finish, and very generous in portions! And helping yourself to the barrels of different ciders adds a fun side and the waiter who advises us is very nice, thank you we had a good time!
26/09/2024: What a great discovery! Frankly the best (and biggest) rib of beef and Basque ciders that we have had the chance to discover and all that at a very fair price. A big thank you to Joël our server who accompanied us very well during our meal.

28/08/2024: Good morning, We ate at this restaurant by chance, having stopped at Ascain on our way back from vacation. We ate very well, the owner's welcome was very friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant. Thanks again to the boss for this pleasant evening. Maybe see you soon on our way to Portugal.
