THE RESTAURANT TO TRY IN ASCAIN! We stopped by chance one evening in Ascain and what a discovery! The chef was lovely, the food generous and delicious! The txuleton for two was perfectly seasoned, the fries were homemade, the sheep's cheese was excellent, and the pistachio-raspberry fondant was delicious… everything was homemade! If we're ever back in the area, this will definitely be our next stop!

24/07/2026: Living here, we found quality local products on our plates. The mashed potatoes were excellent! We left very quickly due to lack of time. Next time I'll order dessert. Thank you for the service and thank you to the chefs! All the best!

28/06/2026: The staff is perfect. We ate very well and received a very warm welcome. The concept is great and the food, simple but excellent, is delicious. The owner's kindness is definitely one of the highlights. We will definitely be back.
