This is our third visit to this magnificent establishment by Georges Blanc.
The welcome and the quality of the hotel are impeccable: a true Relais & Châteaux, worthy of the name, in perfect condition with meticulous attention to detail.
As for the cuisine, it is always a marvel. With its constant pursuit of flavors and its unique culinary refinement, it has stood the test of time, always honoring our traditions while remaining innovative and modern. It is incomprehensible that it lost its third star, as it is always a delight and a surprise for our taste buds.

What can I say? Congratulations to the great chef Georges Blanc!
This is our third visit, and we are still amazed by the beautiful cuisine that delights us.
I'm not at all happy that they took away a star!!! 😏
I'd really like to know what they could have possibly criticized, because everything is perfect. The setting, the staff, the room, and of course, the delicious meal, both at the inn and the Michelin-starred restaurant… 👏👏👏
We are used to fine dining, and last year we dined at Georges Blanc, Sophie Pic, and Le Couvent des Minimes, and I almost hesitate to say it, but my favorite was Georges Blanc.

My opinion is somewhat mixed. Some dishes were very good, while others, like the scallops, lost flavor due to too much sauce, which overpowered the other dishes. The signature dish, the Bresse chicken, lacked, in my opinion, a touch of finesse and modernity. There are two dining rooms. We were in the first and therefore had to endure the constant coming and going of the staff throughout the meal; there were too many of them, and overall the place was quite noisy. Mr. Blanc came to greet all the guests, which was very kind and elegant of him.

A truly unique culinary experience. Mr. Blanc is at the peak of his art. My third visit to this establishment, and it's far better than ever before. The Michelin Guide has found its place in my trash. Georges Blanc deserves a fourth star!

An exceptional place, offering cuisine that is both sophisticated and generous. The staff demonstrates exemplary professionalism. Everything is flawless, and Monsieur Blanc personally visits each table to ensure the guests' satisfaction. Such is the gastronomic tradition that celebrates this country and this region, embodied by a chef who has dedicated his life to the culinary arts. Finally, it is possible to explore the history of the Blanc family through photographic displays. And at the end, one can wander through this village dedicated to gastronomy.
