It's an institution, a monument of gastronomy, and it truly is. The dishes were presented with exquisite technique and serenity. The service was attentive and caring… here, they practice high precision… excellence. And with the Boss joining us at the table… I had a wonderful time filled with positive energy… Bravo!

A dinner for epicureans. You are greeted by Mr. Blanc, who welcomes you to his establishment, and you can exchange a few words with him. Refined dishes accompanied by excellent wines, all orchestrated by professional and discreet staff. We were able to visit the cellar and the kitchen at the end of dinner. Admittedly, the price per person (around €300 per person without wine) might be a deterrent, but we only live once, so I personally took the plunge. Enjoy your meal to those who come next.

Cooking class offered by friends.
A bit disappointing, and nothing like the Institut Bocuse in Écully. (We just watched.)
As for the welcome, it was a bit abrupt (no coffee or tea), and the chef didn't introduce himself.
But the atmosphere was still good.

During our two-day stay, which included a Michelin-starred meal, the one-hour massage was cut short without explanation. Even though an email with instructions existed, we were not reminded of this upon our arrival at the spa—despite being early—nor when we expressed our surprise at the end of the treatment.
For an establishment of this caliber, a simple gesture or acknowledgment of the situation would have been appreciated.

We were brought a glass of wine with traces of blood on it. The waiter apologized profusely, but it still deserved a small gesture of goodwill; it's the first time this has happened to me, and the menu wasn't €78.

We returned to Georges Blanc for a second time, and if that's even possible, we were even more delighted with the cuisine.
It's sad to say, but it's probably the only remaining Michelin-starred restaurant in France that still offers us the chance to enjoy traditional cuisine, and we've had the privilege of dining in many other fine-dining establishments. This is proof that research and innovation are not incompatible with tradition.
The wine list is also splendid, allowing us to taste an admirable Grand Cru Burgundy.
Finally, the restaurant and the hotel in general offer a warm and inviting atmosphere, with welcoming staff whom we thank.
We will certainly be back.

This is my seventh lunch at the restaurant.
The welcome was incredibly warm.
The waiters were very friendly, smiling, and polite.
The sommeliers were fantastic, offering excellent advice and attentive service. The service was perfect, and the food was more than good. Mr. Blanc came by and offered me a complimentary glass of wine. Thank you! I had a most enjoyable time. Thank you all!
