The perfect place: cozy, refined, and spacious. The cuisine is excellent and sophisticated, and the service is warm and professional. A wonderful discovery. I highly recommend it.

Very good, despite a lack of choice

This was my fourth visit to this establishment, where I had always had excellent experiences. Alas, this latest visit was disappointing. The service, usually impeccable, left much to be desired this time, particularly from the young waiter in charge of the wine. Truly unfriendly and barely smiling, he also offered very poor advice. The wines suggested as pairings—three per person—were so sparsely filled (less than 10 cl each) that we had to point it out. It would have been better to order bottles: the wine would have been more refined and the bill considerably more reasonable. Even then, the poor recommendations might have been overlooked… if only a smile and friendliness had been present. Furthermore, the foie gras in citrus and carrot jelly was not a hit with everyone at our table. However, the rest of the meal was delicious and lived up to the restaurant's reputation, as did the rest of the team, who were impeccable.

A truly genuine, human, and dedicated personality that makes all the difference. Thank you also to the young waitress who served us with the same smile and efficiency. A harmonious, attentive, and perfectly coordinated front-of-house team. Finally, congratulations to the chef and his entire team for their consistency, creativity, and rigor. You can feel the sincerity of the cuisine, its mastery, and its genuine desire to please. An address I recommend without hesitation, both for the quality of the food and the excellent service.

What can I say?! I'm speechless, this restaurant is so good! The flavor combinations, the presentation, the service... I've never eaten foie gras as good as this! The ingredients are seasonal and top quality! The owners are incredibly kind! Go try it, it's a culinary marvel!

Finally, a restaurant worthy of the name, where Metro doesn't belong. An old building, beautifully restored, blending modern and traditional elements with great charm and class. Everything has been carefully considered, from the furniture to the tableware and the lighting. As for the cuisine... a delight for our taste buds. The chef has boundless imagination, delighting us with every dish. Regarding the staff... discreet, smiling, welcoming, and highly professional. An unforgettable experience that we can't wait to repeat in March.
