A pleasant stop in this village, a convenient stopover, and therefore at the restaurant on the way back. The service was quite quick, the dishes were local, and overall it was very good with friendly waiters.

It's worth making a detour to eat here rather than at a motorway service area. Not only do you find good quality, affordable daily specials, but you also get a little break from the stress of the road. The service was very pleasant and the products were local. I recommend it.

Great restaurant, local produce, excellent homemade food, very affordable prices. We were welcomed with a complimentary cherry kir. I highly recommend it.

11/08/2026: Back from Orléans, heading home to the Var region via Millau, we wanted to eat local despite the heatwave. I searched on Google and found this restaurant in Massiac. The staff were lovely and efficient. There was a tempting menu, but it was too big for us considering the drive and the risk of falling asleep afterward, lol. We ordered aligot with sausage. The aligot was very good, and the sausage was succulent; it was delicious and a generous portion. It's a shame we don't live closer because it would be our "canteen," there are so many appetizing things on the menu. I see you're open on Mondays. We're going up on Friday and back on Monday, so we'll be there on Monday, August 17th at noon. See you soon. My mouth is already watering.
