25/03/2024: Good restaurant, classic menu but good food, welcoming staff. Pleasant setting and reasonable price.

04/03/2024: We had planned our trip to Spain and had pleasant memories of an impromptu stop two years ago in Massiac around midday. At the time, limited by time, we ordered the formula of the day which we were very satisfied with. The quality/price ratio was there. This year, we stopped by in a camper van at the campsite located just opposite this restaurant. We had booked to be sure of having a table there and chose to go in the evening. We were not disappointed, from the welcome to the meal everything was perfect. We chose the gourmet menu: homemade chicken liver pâté, strip steak of beef with Auvergne blue sauce, homemade fries, assortment of 3 local cheeses and homemade tart, all washed down with two half bottles of very good quality wine (recommended by the " waitress"). It should be noted that the products come from the short circuit. Besides the meal, we appreciated the kindness of this moment. So exit the A75 exit 23 towards Massiac, 3km from the motorway, it's a charming break.

20/12/2023: We usually come to this restaurant! The service is of excellent quality. The crepes are just as good. A big plus for the quality of the products used and the kindness of the owners.

02/10/2023: Very nice staff. Restaurant of a lifetime. They make delicious pancakes, both sweet and savory. If you are en route and have the opportunity, stop for lunch or dinner.

13/12/2023: We had a problem with the car on the highway and they did not tow it to a nearby workshop. Me and my family (3 children between 5 and 16 years old) stayed at the hotel. The room was very large and correct, clean and perfect for us. The beautiful place Massiac was a discovery, the breakfast was very rich, even though there were few people the amount of the buffet was more than good. The service was EXTRAORDINARY, human quality and charming, thank you for the treatment you gave to my family and the human closeness towards us. Since the workshop told us that the car would be ready at 3:00 p.m., they had no problem leaving the room for us until that time, and thus prevent us from being "on the street" like any other hotel. THANKS A LOT

02/10/2023: Very dated rooms, hotel quite dilapidated. OK if you just want to sleep as part of a journey but wouldn't recommend. Look elsewhere and use as a last resort
