We were looking for a meal not far from the center, with parking nearby and in a clean area. Of course, remember to make a reservation. We wanted to try an Alsatian specialty, fleischnaskas, and it was delicious—a must-try!

15/03/2026: Passing through Colmar, we stopped at this restaurant and were welcomed by a very kind lady and her husband, a very pleasant young couple. And what can we say about the food? We ate very well in a warm and family atmosphere. A big thank you for this wonderful moment, and best wishes to you both.
03/03/2026: We had a wonderful time. It felt like stepping into our grandparents' house, a real treat. The welcome was incredibly warm. The menu is small, but that's what we love, especially when it's so well done with Alsatian specialties. We'll be back on our next visit to Colmar. Thank you.
