We enjoyed our lunch which was typically French, great flavours and good sized portions. Make sure you book in advance to sit outside as we missed out on enjoying the sunshine. However, we did enjoy our experience and would recommend.

We ate as a group of eight at this restaurant and it was delicious! The Savoyard fondue and the tartiflette were excellent! Quick service, smiling and pleasant waitresses. Very reasonable prices for the portion size and the location. Highly recommended!

A friendly, family atmosphere in this small team with a warm welcome. Varied cuisine despite a small menu, which reflects the guaranteed freshness of the dishes. Never disappointed. We ate there every day for two weeks. Go without hesitation!

We were greeted by gracious staff. We enjoyed a delicious Savoyard fondue and excellent homemade desserts. Seated in a sunny spot, we had a wonderful time. We highly recommend it.

15/04/2026: It's magnificent, right in the middle of the slopes! We slept incredibly well at 1650 meters altitude. The room was very comfortable, the price very reasonable, and the breakfast was enormous.
29/03/2026: A real gem on the slopes of Auron! Between runs, or in the evening, a warm atmosphere, a top-notch welcome, and above all, cuisine that's well worth the trip. Special mention for the wood-fired meat dishes: perfectly cooked, incredible flavors—we simply loved them. They're generous, authentic, and exactly what you crave after a great morning of skiing. An address to remember for combining the pleasure of the slopes with the pleasure of fine dining. We'll definitely be back!

19/04/2026: Always a pleasure to come to Bistronome! We've been coming back every year for several years now, and it's always a treat! Thank you so much!
10/04/2026: We were passing through for a family weekend and discovered a very welcoming place 😊. We enjoyed a delicious cheese 🫕 and a lovely charcuterie platter 🥓. And, just for fun, we also ordered two small desserts, which were very tasty 😋. Thank you so much, I highly recommend it. 👍
