An incredible culinary experience in the heart of Dole. Everything was perfect: the excellent flavors, the impeccable and friendly service, and the magnificent setting. I recommend the Japanese lounge for an even more immersive Japanese experience.

Superb experience! Zen atmosphere, very original Japanese lounge.
High-quality products and delicious sake pairings to complement the dishes.
A wonderful evening for two with the tasting menu featuring food, wine, and sake pairings.
Attentive staff, both in the kitchen and the dining room. Highly recommended; all the praise we heard about this restaurant and its chef is well-deserved.
We will definitely be back.

The organization is well-oiled. The service is quick, efficient, and friendly. The dishes are delicious and prepared right in front of you in a kitchen that's completely open to the dining room. The business lunch menu is excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

We had an excellent evening at this restaurant. We opted for the tasting menu in the Japanese lounge. The food, service, and ambiance were impeccable. The staff, both professional and friendly, greatly contributed to this wonderful experience. The wine list was also very good. Highly recommended!
