Always a pleasure to eat by the beach but even more so at A Siesta when they present fresh products to us. Special mention for the lost brioche.

A place to do ABSOLUTELY, the owner is very attentive to his customers. We booked for our wedding anniversary and to our great surprise we were offered glasses of champagne, a very nice gesture. In addition, the setting is magnificent and the exceptional meal, a perfect and unforgettable moment 👍

We had a great evening as a family. (4) The different dishes and desserts that we chose were very well prepared, well presented and very tasty. Very warm welcome and service, with a complimentary digestive. Nothing to say, except that it was very good. 😊

A great moment of gastronomy at A siesta but not only that, the employees are all very pleasant. The setting is also exceptional for the view and the beauty of the establishment I recommend the fresh fish

Très étonné de ne trouver A Siesta qu’en 19eme position des restaurants de l’Ile Rousse, c’est un des meilleurs de la ville. Maison familiale tenue par des vrais professionnels, À Siesta est idéalement placé le long de la plage, on peut y déjeuner ou y dîner (si vous le souhaitez, pieds dans le sable au bord de l’eau). Location de matelas aussi. Cuisine très bien faite, accueil et service souriants, jolie carte des vins, cadre idyllique … la carte va des poissons frais aux plats de pâtes, salades, viandes… on se régale !!

Toujours aussi bien , les tables bord de mer nappées , les lampes très chic , le personnel très aimable , l’accueil par la direction , la nourriture délicieuse , une grande maison !

27/09/2024: Family restaurant for fifty years, which tries to pass on traditional recipes while winking at tourists, in a small street a stone's throw from Place Paoli. Only Corsican cuisine based on local products, meats, vegetables. The dish par excellence of the menu is in the Corsican flavors dish which contains a tasting of the entire menu in a single course at a good quality/price ratio.

26/09/2024: Nice welcome, good service our dishes were beautiful and good. Reasonable prices for great services. We will come back.
25/09/2024: Great experience at La Cave - meat bar! We tried the pasta in the parmesan wheel, the chicken burger and the skewer, and everything was great! Special mention for the wines which were delicious and very well recommended, which added a nice touch to our meal. The atmosphere is nice, perfect for spending a good evening in Île Rousse! Thanks to the staff for the welcome. Argentinian Champagnes.
