Magnificent discovery! We opted for the menu without knowing the dishes and went from discovery to discovery, from wonder to taste wonder. Without forgetting the very professional staff. Well done everyone. We will come back 🤩

A fabulous 2* restaurant which certainly deserves its 3rd star.
Very good flavors from starter to dessert, the menu is very varied.
Small special mention to the magnificent view of the park.
I sincerely thank Jean Yves Schillinger and his charming wife, and of course his entire team, we will return with great pleasure to this magnificent city of Colmar.

Wow, really great food. Here are a few pictures for a first impression. Otherwise you just have to try it yourself. The only downer is that the menu is only available in French. But one of the waitresses was so friendly and translated everything for us. The ambience is also beautiful.

We had a very pleasant evening.
The welcome, the service and above all the dishes were just magical. The setting is simple, refined and tasteful. We were with family and our rather picky 13 year old son had a great time. A great discovery which completed our wonderful stay in the L’esquisse hotel. I recommend!

Première fois un soir très content
Nous étions allés un midi avec menu à 69e
Et vendredi nous somme allés à nouveau le midi et avons testé le menu à 180e
Très belle accueil
Nous avons pu manger en terrasse encore une fois
Beaucoup de personnel pas d’attente
Tout était parfait

An exceptional moment with the 6-course menu. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Special mention for me for the extremely tasty guinea fowl/can duo.
The service is fast, discreet and efficient.
The decoration of the room is modern and warm.

A most impressive and remarkable culinary experience. The balance of freshness and taste balance is one of the most magnificent, not to mention the accompaniment of wines, transforming these dishes into a perfect masterpiece. This table is one of the most sublime in Alsace, without hesitation.
