Super busy but food was worth the wait and staff were brilliant.

I tried Le Stam during my visit to Colmar, and overall, the experience was very pleasant. The restaurant is ideally located right in the city center, on the Place des Dominicains, in a charming, typically Alsatian setting. The terrace is perfect for soaking up the city's atmosphere. As for the cuisine, you'll find the region's classic dishes: tarte flambée, sauerkraut, and ham hock with Munster cheese. The portions are generous and flavorful, perfect for discovering local cuisine. The service is quick and quite efficient, even when it's busy. The atmosphere is friendly, although you can tell it's a popular spot with tourists. Overall, it offers good value for money, ideal for a simple and typical meal in the heart of Colmar.

A beautifully decorated restaurant. The food is perfect, but the menu is a bit confusing. All in all, very nice (worth a visit).

The plates were generously filled, I wasn't expecting that. A pleasant surprise, and the food was excellent too. The team is kind, dedicated, and very close-knit ☺️
