Inexpensive, homemade, very welcoming, beautiful decor, lovely terrace

I've been a customer for over 10 years, and in all of Strasbourg (I'm a chef, by the way), there's no better Kavkaz or any other place like it. I never eat anywhere else when I'm not traveling, and even when I'm in other countries, I tell everyone about Kavkaz because everything is homemade and absolutely delicious. Sometimes I even order two Kavkaz to make sure I eat well for two days! 👉👍 My advice: don't go anywhere else. Kavkaz is the best, and I've been a chef for 15 years, so I know what I'm talking about.

My boyfriend and I recently visited here and were very pleased. We ordered khinkali and khachapuri, and everything was delicious and lovingly prepared. The khinkali were juicy, with a rich filling and thin crust, and the khachapuri was fresh, flavorful, and loaded with cheese. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff is polite and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful evening and a delicious dinner! We'll definitely be back.

Don't order pizza or anything of the sort here: you absolutely must try the lahmacun, khinkali, and Adjarian khachapuri—it's no coincidence the restaurant is called Kavkaz! From our humble perspective, it's the best establishment in Schiltigheim. It reminds us of Tbilisi in every detail. The khachapuri is absolutely delicious: it's prepared according to a special recipe, with a typical Caucasian dough that you won't find anywhere else. The khinkali are juicy, their dough is firm, and their tails are perfectly shaped. In four years of living in France, we haven't eaten khinkali like these anywhere else, even though we've visited Brittany, Marseille, Alsace, the North, and Paris. This place definitely deserves five stars. And everyone who comes here should know that the most important thing is to discover Caucasian cuisine! In addition, it is worth noting that the family that runs this establishment speaks at least three languages ​​(French, Azerbaijani and Russian), so you are unlikely to get bored.
