A stone's throw from the center of Sarlat, located in a quiet square, a beautiful hotel classified as a historic monument. Easy parking. Gastronomic restaurant. I will go back there.

Difficult to find a place to park, all parking lots are paid and those which are rarely free are 500m from the hotel, when you are alone and loaded very complicated, small room, television remote control stored almost impossible to find To make it work, only after 10 minutes, 2 sockets do not work. In the bathroom a strip of yellow foam is stuck to the wall, it must have been a long time. For a so-called charming hotel, there are a lot of things to review.

Nice hotel, good location but tiny room with a 140cm bed stuck to the wall where you have to climb over your partner to get out of bed.
It would have been better to install two bunk beds like in youth hostels, it would have been more comfortable!

In a beautiful private mansion, at the gates of the historic center of Sarlat, La Couleuvrine offers refined traditional cuisine. During the week, it is advisable to order the lunch menu (€15) when booking. The day we came, unfortunately it was no longer available. The Périgord menu at €27 allows you to discover the essentials of the Sarladais region. A la carte, the price of dishes ranges between 20 and 30€; that of desserts between 7 and 12€. The plates are nicely presented. Everything is homemade. However, the toppings lack consistency for certain dishes. Professional service. Room a little too noisy for my taste. A good address for lovers of gastronomy and authenticity.

Very nice hotel, our room was spartan but quiet. Perfect location, 2 steps from the city center and 5 minutes walk from free parking. The breakfast is sumptuous and the service is perfect. Everything is there. We will gladly come back
