It was superb. The night went very well; the rooms are unique and well-appointed. The beds are quite comfortable! The bathroom is great.
I personally didn't hear any noise from the other rooms.
The service is professional. There's a telephone in the room (for reception, I think).
A restaurant is available and serves breakfast for an extra charge. I didn't try eating there myself, but it looks good.
Check-in went very smoothly. The welcome was very pleasant and very professional (the hours are the hours. You leave at 11:00, not 12!).
The location is great, and the storefront is attractive, making the place easy to find.

The hotel-restaurant is extremely well located for the Jean Monnet exam center, just a 7-minute walk away.
The welcome is warm and efficient.
The rooms are simple but comfortable and very clean. The soundproofing is excellent.
The restaurant offers delicious food and is quick to serve, which is ideal for those with tight exam schedules and very short breaks.
Excellent stay! 👌

This review concerns only the restaurant. The Kefta platter was complete and satisfying, but €19 for this type of dish is still a bit excessive. The service was efficient, even if the lady didn't understand French. However, €4.50 for a half-bottle of sparkling water is unacceptable. They ask if you want drinks without giving you a menu, and bam! You end up with San Pellegrino at almost €10 a liter. In short, go there for a meal, but order a carafe of water.

On a day of severe weather, our flight was cancelled in the evening. So we needed to find somewhere to spend the night and, if possible, something decent to eat after a five-hour wait at the airport. We found this hotel; the welcome was very friendly, and we were still able to eat, even at the late hour. The meal was good, Lebanese cuisine, and it was a welcome treat after all our troubles. The room was small, but perfectly functional for one night.
Thank you to the manager for allowing us to spend a comfortable night.

Incredible time at Hotel La Maison Blanche. Feels like a "Maison D'hôte". The owners manage the place, are constantly available and respond to every need. They bring a welcoming, soothing vibe of comfort and relaxation to the place. It feels like visiting an extended family member or old friend. Would recommend if on passage for business or for a good deal stay for leisure in Paris.
5 minutes walk from the C line RER which takes you downtown Paris in 30 minutes.

The Hotel La Maison Blanche boasts a very good location, especially for those taking the EVC exam at Espace Jean Monnet. It's easily accessible and allows for quick access to the exam center, which is a real plus.
However, several aspects disappointed me. The rooms are quite small, around 11 square meters, which can be uncomfortable for a stay of several days. The hygiene wasn't entirely up to standard: I noticed unpleasant odors and the cleaning could clearly be improved. For the price, it seems a bit expensive considering the size of the room and its overall condition.
Overall, it's an acceptable hotel for a single night or for being close to the EVC, but there are significant areas for improvement to provide greater comfort for guests.
