For the past three years, we've eaten at La Metzig every time we visit Molsheim, and we're never disappointed. We especially love the cordon bleu à la maréchal, but every dish we've tried has been excellent.

07/02/2026: Everything was perfect, I think we ate the best tarte flambée in Alsace!!! Hot and with no long wait between each one. The staff was very friendly. We will be back.
06/02/2026: We love this authentic restaurant. They don’t have a big menu but everything is fresh and delicious. We had Tartes Flambées and Bouchées à la Reine which were yummy. My husband picked a traditional meal called Backhoffen. It was fantastic; I ended up eating half of his meal. This quaint little place became one of our favorite places.

06/03/2026: Very good food and a friendly restaurant. A bit noisy, and the music was particularly unsuitable, played on a tiny speaker for the entire restaurant. That said, the food is worth the trip.
