If Bouzigues is paradise, then La Palourdière is the best place in paradise! The place is magical, both chic and relaxed, the view is breathtaking, the staff is adorable, and the food is delicious. A wonderful, timeless moment...

Magnificent view of the lake and Sète. A perfect welcome, a beautiful menu centered around seafood, and an excellent, very tender rib-eye steak. We loved the delicious profiterole for dessert. I highly recommend La Palourdière!

An exceptional setting with a very pleasant welcome. A very nice menu from starters to desserts, with very interesting wines. The seafood platters are excellent. I recommend this establishment without hesitation.

14/01/2026: A beautiful sunny day at Atelier & Co for an oyster tasting in a warm and inviting setting. The welcome and service were excellent, and their platters were beautifully presented.
28/12/2025: A very atmospheric place on the shore of the etang, with excellent and inexpensive oysters and delicious mussels. Popular with locals.
