hello, we came thirsty and hungry we were not disappointed, the prices compared to the cooked quality were surprising, the rating of 10/5 does not exist but they deserve it. A must-see in Colmar without a doubt. Pleasant and friendly server

This is probably one of the best tarte flambée addresses in Alsace. But I don't know if we should publicize this information because this restaurant is tiny and it offers very little space to eat, at the table or at the bar. In short, it is worth it and it is absolutely necessary to book.

Very cute little tarte flambée bistro. Staff very nice and the food was delicious. Get there quickly before the seats are full. 😉

Swooning over a tarte flambée is an experience. A tiny place, know-how, welcome and top-notch service. I was expecting something, I was not disappointed.

Petit restaurant sympa qui ne fait que des Flammekueches (salées mais également sucrées en dessert). Accueil super sympa, service efficace et surtout les fameuses tartes flambées sont DÉ.LI.CIEU.SES ! A ne pas rater

13/09/2024: What a beautiful and inviting restaurant. The food is definitely gourmet. We were lucky we arrived when they first opened. You definitely need a reservation. You can tell it is a favorite of locals. We opted for the plait du jour, totally amazing with unique ingredients and combinations. Staff is lovely and welcoming. Definitely one of the best meals I have had in France in the past month of traveling throughout the country. Merci.

20/09/2024: Very charming place, quality welcome and top-notch cakes. Different original and tasty recipes. The place is really pretty. However, no reservations, remember to arrive early to get a table. I recommend with your eyes closed.
