Wonderful restaurant for South Asian food. The service is attentive and kind. You can ask to amend the level of spiciness but generally it is well suited to the French palate. I’m Pakistani and they were kind enough to cut up some green chilies for me to add to the dish. I will be back every time I am in Bagnoles!

Absolute gem. One of the best curries we’ve eaten…I chose vegetable samosa to start with; it was a delight. Crisp pastry with a delicious filling. For my main course I had a spinach and potatoe curry with a garlic naan. I can only give praise and will definitely return

Excellent restaurant! I highly recommend it. This is our second time here and we're not disappointed. The dishes are delicious! If you'd like them spicier, just let us know when you order. The mango lassy is to die for! 🤤🤤 The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and service.

11/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. Impeccable service, very friendly and polite. They were very attentive to our requests. The cuisine was excellent, refined, and delicious. A very pleasant surprise.
01/07/2026: For us, a stay in Bagnoles-de-l'Orne without having lunch at Le Comptoir is unthinkable. For the view of the lake, of course, but not only that. The staff is welcoming and efficient. We've tried different dishes and desserts and have never been disappointed. It's easy to park nearby, which is a bonus.
