A truly wonderful discovery! The welcome is warm and attentive, the setting is elegant and refined, and the cuisine, subtly blending Asian influences with French touches, is a real treat: delicate, balanced, and original flavors. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. Special mention goes to the presentation of the dishes, which is as beautiful as it is delicious.

Rather good and a little inventive (broth in the style of William Ledeuil, which the chef didn't know), but a bit pretentious, slightly stingy (11cl glass of wine, "3-course" menu where the starter is an amuse bouche = 2 teaspoons of what appears to be avocado mousse), and very expensive for the quantity on the plate. During my trip to Occitania, I ate much better in Montpellier for the same price (Mikado, for example, for Asian inspiration), and in Avignon (Florent's bistro). In short, I won't be going back there.

We had a good time at L'atelier. The food was excellent, we had the 4 portion menu, apart from the dessert that was disappointing. Service is good but for that kind of experience would be nice to know more about the fusion between asian and camargue, but we just had to chose from a display. the ambience is nice but can improve, it looks a bit outdated and with no particular style.
