Our first at l'Atelier de Nicolas and we will come back without hesitation. Everything is good from starter to dessert with originality in the dishes offered and an explosion of flavors.

Want a round trip from Oaxaca to Hanoi with flavors of the Camargue? The tasting menu will not disappoint you: strong flavors and bold combinations: bull in a bao-taco! Delicious! To finish, a very surprising trompe l’oeil. Well done Nicolas’ workshop

A real gem in Aigues-Mortes, far from the tourist hustle and bustle! This restaurant offers an original concept with dishes with Asian flavors that surprise and delight the taste buds. The decoration is magnificent, every detail is thought of to create a warm and unique atmosphere. The service is impeccable, with an attentive and caring team. Special mention to the chef who was able to adapt the menu according to my allergies, a very appreciable attention. A place not to be missed if you are looking for an extraordinary culinary experience!

More than a lunch, it was a great moment of taste pleasure. Exceptional Signature Menu, balanced in flavors, spicy curry just enough, delicious fish cooked to perfection, bull tartare full of freshness and yet full-bodied as desired. And a finale with surprising and delicious desserts. The flavors of Asia with exceptional products and the gastronomic know-how of chef Nicolas and his pastry chef Dimitri. A very beautiful taste journey that we highly recommend and with real enthusiasm. And to complete it all, a superb welcome, smiling and professional. Thank you for this great experience.

Excellent du début à la fin avec de belles de ouvertes gustatives.
La demoiselle au service est très sympa et efficace, au top.
Le Chef passe voir les tables afin de prendre les ressentis clients sur sa cuisine est fortement apprécié.
