A truly wonderful experience. This establishment richly deserves its distinction. Each course was delicious and flavorful. We appreciated their original and sophisticated presentation as much as the quality of the ingredients. The staff is attentive and friendly. The conversation with the chef at the end of the meal was delightful. A truly lovely time in a pleasant setting, enjoying the beautiful weather on the terrace. We highly recommend it. An absolutely perfect experience. From start to finish, everything was executed with remarkable precision: the welcome, the service, and of course, the food. Each dish told a story, with flavors that were just right, elegant, and perfectly balanced. You can feel a genuine respect for the ingredients and a subtle, never showy, creativity. Benoît Vidal is a talented and renowned chef, with a sensitive and respectful approach to nature in his cuisine, who has been able to reinvent himself and regain success with his Maison in Annecy-le-Vieux.

We had lunch today and absolutely loved it. The food, the presentation, and the service were all wonderful. I also loved the dessert, so refreshing and not at all heavy. I would go back just to eat the polenta yuzo dessert again. Thank you so much! Also it was lovely to meet the chef, such a warm person and you could tell he loves what he does.
