First the negative things: I think the only negative in that I gets quite warm inside. Positive things: The raclette was really delicious,the charcuterie as well and the menu had many different options, including a child-menu. The staff was really lovely too. They also have a bar with a terrace upstairs, which uses the raclette cheese if unfinished!

First time to have dinner here and we had the most wonderful, locally authentic meal. Onion soup and Pierrade au Boeuf, the meat was simply delicious. Service was excellent and friendly, atmosphere was lovely. Highly recommend.

Fondue was lovely and the place itself is a really nice size. Cosy, but spacious. The tables are actually big enough to fit all the savoyard food that is to be ordered at a place like this for the first time ever. It made the whole experience so much more comfortable. If I were to complain about anything, it's that the service was a little slow, but that shouldn't stop anyone from going!! I'll go again 😉

Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Val d'Isère. We come every year and it's always a pleasant surprise. From the raclette to the fondue, and even the children's menu, everything is delicious. We highly recommend it. Thank you for your warm welcome last night. Hervé, Afef, and Liam

We come to this restaurant every year to spend an evening with our family and have a wonderful time. The welcome and service are very warm, and the raclette is simply perfect, made with local products. A truly convivial experience. Go there with your eyes closed...

Very nice restaurant located in La Daille. The place is warm, the staff friendly, and the food excellent and typical of the region. We ate there every night of the week (except Sunday because it was closed). The prices are quite reasonable.

07/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, the welcome was great and the food was delicious.
07/01/2026: cute little spot we ate for lunch one day. They were fully booked but the hostess was able to accommodate our party w/ a short wait. Service was fantastic and the food equally fantastic. Pricing was very reasonable.

Bar d'Altitude L'Ouillette

18/02/2026: Superb, recently renovated mountain restaurant. Excellent food. The hot chocolate was incredibly comforting. Warm and inviting interior decor. Professional, friendly, and smiling staff. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but it's not every day you get to have lunch or a drink at 2500m altitude, by a lake and surrounded by mountains. The building blends in quite well with nature, although obviously that's not necessarily what you'd expect to find in the wilderness—that's just my opinion. I highly recommend this restaurant.
