Thanks to Nicolas and his team for the warm welcome! The atmosphere was excellent, the food delicious, and the service was top-notch for the 11 bikers we were. A place to remember ✌🏻

Pleasant setting, but service slows down when busy. The server is a bit overly formal, friendly, but his appearance needs to be improved. Dry bread for the fondue, missing a few drops of kirsch would have been perfect to balance it out.

We had a wonderful evening! We enjoyed a fondue and a delicious regional wine! Not to mention the wonderful welcome and energy of the team. We recommend it without hesitation!

Thank you for the warm and relaxed welcome from the owner (the genepi was a nice touch at the end of the meal!) and the excellent cuisine! Spend one night in Briançon, a wonderful experience, keep it up!

A very warm welcome, Nico and Enzo are always in a good mood. The mussels and fries are excellent, a restaurant not to be missed if you are in Briançon. Thanks to the chef!

06/09/2024: We were warmly welcomed by Claudine on arrival. The restaurant is run by her and her husband who are both very sweet. We had fondue and it was magnificent. It's a bit pricier than the outside of town but it's worth the extra money. We would definitely go again.
26/08/2024: I recommend this restaurant. They are very welcoming. They offered us an aperitif and a digestive. The trout is excellent. The decor is nice and rustic
