A beautiful place, in which we were welcomed with enthusiasm. Our very friendly waiter knew how to liven up our evening with his good humor and his witty jokes. We were able to try the classic fondue and the porcini mushroom fondue, and it's good value for money. The second server entertained us at the end of the meal, thanks to him!

We had an excellent evening and ate a very good Savoyard fondue. This is an address that I recommend to those who want to eat in a good atmosphere.

Random meeting in 2022, so happy, we sent my parents-in-law in 2023, return for us to the region in 2024, still just as happy! An extraordinary welcome, very warm, the dishes are excellent and we recommend this establishment!!! Go there with your eyes closed and don't hesitate to make jokes, the boss loves it 😁 the Lyonnais biz

Great meal and evening! We stopped at the corner of a motorcycle RoadTrip! We chose the gourmet fondue and it was perfect! Really good and plentiful! The wine is great! And the genepi 😍! Not to mention the atmosphere which is great! The service is really nice! And the boss is really nice! We will definitely come back! 👌🏻

Simplement le meilleur restaurant de Briançon ambiance, qualité/prix. Je recomande que se soit en famille en amoureux ou même en solo !

17/09/2024: Une adresse hautement recommandable. Des plats très bien tournés, avec des cuissons parfaitement maîtrisées , des mélanges de saveurs entre tradition et modernité. Cela mérite une étoile Michelin ! Le service est accueillant, souriant, efficace , le tout dans un cadre très agréable, au sein de la ville fortifiée. À réserver impérativement, car le nombre de tables est limité.

06/09/2024: We were warmly welcomed by Claudine on arrival. The restaurant is run by her and her husband who are both very sweet. We had fondue and it was magnificent. It's a bit pricier than the outside of town but it's worth the extra money. We would definitely go again.
26/08/2024: I recommend this restaurant. They are very welcoming. They offered us an aperitif and a digestive. The trout is excellent. The decor is nice and rustic
