Wedding reception for a friend; the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch! I highly recommend it.

Last night we came to eat with friends, we had a wonderful meal, special mention for the perfectly cooked scallops. My husband had a burger (he was eagerly awaiting my return). Time flew by, we had a fantastic evening, and as a bonus, the chef came to see us, we were able to congratulate him and chat about his cooking. We'll definitely be back!

A warm welcome, explanations about the origin of the ingredients and how they are prepared, and a family-run restaurant serving only fresh, locally sourced food cooked on-site. Excellent restaurant. The ingredients were superb and prepared with originality. Truly delicious! Thank you to the chef.

First, the service: a very pleasant and professional waitress! The cuisine is quite elaborate and refined. A special mention for the rosti burger, excellent with perfectly cooked meat! The seasonal soup was also very good. A minor drawback was the foie gras appetizer: not flavorful enough in my opinion... But overall, the experience was very satisfying for a reasonable price. If you're passing through Oloron, be sure to stop by.
