Restaurant Le Meysset sur Sarlat-La-Caneda

01/05/2026: We came for lunch as a group of four during our vacation on April 8th and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The portions were just right, even generous. The seasonings were perfectly balanced. Three of us ordered the "Poets' Menu" and the third person ordered the €24.90 menu, and everyone loved it. We also really appreciated the service, which was very warm and attentive. In short, we highly recommend it!

30/04/2026: All the restaurants in Sarlat serve the same thing, so it's hard to call it original. But the service was impeccable and quick, which is much appreciated when you're dining alone, and the waiters were friendly. The dishes were honestly good, cooked perfectly as requested, and the portions were just right. I was seated in a small room with few tables, so it was quite quiet and pleasant. It might not be an exceptional place, but it's not one to avoid; the experience was perfectly acceptable.
