Small restaurant recommended by Antoine and his zodiac, person who showed us around Sète by the canals (I recommend this walk) succulent meal, a marvel, attentive staff.

Here we ate some cheap but very good fish. Service also tried very hard. We were even offered a mussel platter as a gift, but we didn't accept it because we don't like mussels. I can recommend the restaurant. Unfortunately, because I was so hungry, I forgot to take a picture of the fish. But it was really good. For about 18 euros.

Aperitif offered by the restaurant owner.
Menu at 22nd with main course and dessert.
3 stars because the mussels were not very digestible.
Too bad because the others loved the sea bream.
Setting, server, restaurant very nice though

Certainly it's not expensive, €22.90 for the starter/main course or main course/dessert menu, but it's not worth more. We ate indoors, the decor is minimalist, the plates are canteen plates. The waiters/waitresses are friendly but lack professionalism. The dishes are not bad but there is no particular research, the flavors are basic.
Disappointed by this restaurant although it is very well placed along the canal, too bad, a little effort is necessary.

The boss was convincing, it must be said that it's the big local game with all these restaurants lined up on the canal. No regrets, the service was impeccable and very attentive to customers. A meal without surprises but no false note, we took advantage of the moment, with an honorable value for money given the location. The only problem is the street is really too noisy, but that is certainly part of the folklore of these restaurants in Sête.

Fairly basic food but not bad. Good value for money.
"Light" service... Even if we're not at the Ritz, a little more formality wouldn't hurt!😅

Petit restaurant qu'on a choisi pour le diner, la carte est variée, j'ai tenté les huitres, je les ai trouvé bonnes mais un peu sèches certainement avec le froid en étant ouvertes mais pas avariées non plus. La rouille de seiche était banale et les desserts ne sont pas très intéressants.
L'accueil reste très sympathique et le service agréable. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le coup de coeur.

In short for me, average, close to a tourist trap.

Fairly quite Tuesday evening - collared by the bloke outside - but to be fair just needed some quick scoff
Service not too bad to start with - but slow to non existent at the end - apparently you have to go up to pay (that’s a first in a French restaurant)
Mussels portion was massive - and cold
Wine tasted like a watered down version
Wouldn’t recommend
