We had a wonderful evening at Le Rustique restaurant after a snowshoe hike. The porcini mushroom fondue was excellent. The games on the table and the jukebox help pass the time while waiting for service when the restaurant is full. Very suitable for families with children.

We booked a table at Le Rustique on the recommendation of another restaurant owner and we weren't disappointed. The food was excellent and plentiful. Claudine (don't call her "Madame") serves efficiently, all by herself, and with a smile. We'll be back on our next trip to Briançon and highly recommend it. A little tip? Remember to book ahead; it doesn't take long and it prevents you from not getting a table. (About fifteen people couldn't get a table during our meal.)

⭐️ 10/10 – A perfect experience!
I had an incredible time at Le Rustique in Briançon. The porcini mushroom fondue was a real highlight: flavorful, fragrant, and generous… clearly one of the best I've ever had!
The atmosphere is warm and friendly, exactly what you look for in a mountain restaurant.
And the service? Perfect from start to finish: attentive, smiling, and efficient.
A must-try in Briançon. I recommend it 100%! 🍽️❄️

Claudine gave us an excellent and very warm welcome. Everything is excellent in this superb and very original restaurant. The morel fondue is exceptional; if you're in the Briançon area, go there—it's worth the trip. I love fondues, and at Au Rustique, it's the best fondue I've ever had.

My husband and I ate yesterday at this restaurant, which seemed to us to be the most typical of Briançon.
A real experience, pleasant service, certainly not the fastest, but everything is done to ensure the wait is not noticeable. Board games at the table, etc.
A real experience! Cuisine with a large selection of very, very local products!
Little touches throughout the meal!
I highly recommend it!
