Exceptional restaurant in Briançon. The trout is cooked to perfection 😍😏. Warm and generous welcome. It's the best restaurant in town ✌️❤️. You leave with stars in your eyes, both from the warm welcome and the delighted taste buds. Their success is well-deserved.

The morel fondue was excellent. The decor was wonderful, it brought back childhood memories. The staff were fantastic. Excellent place for a great evening.

It was good, I had the grilled steak with maître d'hôtel sauce. I loved it!... The interior is really nice 👍🏻, but I wasn't able to take any pictures. Otherwise, the servers are so kind ❤️ I highly recommend the restaurant! 😎

What a great choice we made for our lunch together on July 3rd at this excellent restaurant in the Vauban citadel of Briançon! Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the delicious food, the friendliness and generosity of the manager, not to mention the smile and competence of the waitress! This restaurant, which truly deserves its recommendations, is well worth a visit. Go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed!

Great hidden gem. It's been a long time since I ate such good fresh fish. The staff is so inviting and friendly. A place to return to 🙂

We ended up at this restaurant by chance. The hostess, Claudine, was super sweet. We received a complimentary aperitif! The food was super fresh, perfectly cooked, and everything homemade. To finish, we were offered a digestif. Thank you, Restaurant Rustique, you were fantastic!

22/08/2026: Very good restaurant. I had the medieval menu for €38, which was very good except for the dessert with the cheese platter, which was minimalist with only 3 slices of cheese. It's a shame they didn't have other desserts because the desserts on the €34 menu looked much better, but you can't choose...
21/08/2026: This restaurant is fantastic, the staff are very friendly, the food is plentiful, and the beer and wine selection are excellent. The girls were all really nice.

18/08/2026: Wood-fired cuisine featuring excellent local produce, impeccable and very pleasant service, and a lovely chat with the chef at the end of the meal. A real treat and a wonderful discovery!
17/08/2026: The first chill of summer may have made the experience even more exciting, but my partner and I had a wonderful time! I had local trout, he had local cheese, accompanied by divine grilled vegetables and potatoes. How wonderful to eat vegetables like this! It takes very little to eat vegetables in a tasty and never boring way...restaurateurs, learn! Excellent wine, and to finish, a chocolate mousse with salt flakes and unforgettable olive oil. P.S. The dining room was divinely managed by a single woman. Kudos to the staff. A bit of a wait, but understandable and worth it.
