A timeless moment, so much kindness, good food, smiles and good humor. It was awesome !!!!! Hearty +++ +10 for the jukebox +10 for the digestive and the glass of wine I had an evening worthy of the name!!!!! THANKS

We had a wonderful Easter lunch at the rustic. The restoration is mastered from A to Z: Service: Claudine will take great care of you with great attention. Children have their place in this restaurant with an old classroom to play in and meals served first to relax parents. Cuisine: well-mastered traditional cuisine with some signature dishes, we all enjoyed ourselves Atmosphere: very rich rustic decoration with lots of elements lending to interaction This is a place full of life with a warm soul like we don't see many anymore. ❤️

Very cozy atmosphere and the steaks with their sauces where delicious. Claudine is very pleasant and was very caring for details to make the lunch very enjoyable.

We enter an outdated world with sophisticated and assertive decoration; the service is friendly and the jukebox (in operation) with legendary 1 franc coins brings warmth and atmosphere to this beautiful evening! A very pleasant Briançonnaise fondue ;) Remember to book! Well nestled at the top of the ramparts of the Vauban city.

Lost in the old streets of the city, you will be welcomed by a very friendly grandmother. You will need to be patient for the service. Although quite good, the bill is rather steep.

Excellent restaurant. Hearty dishes composed with care and quality food. Everything is made “home”. Reasonable prices and very warm welcome. Always want to go back!

Arriving from Chambéry a little late this Friday, I had booked for the rustic and I have absolutely no regrets. A super nice atmosphere and an incredible Briançonnaise fondue! And the little gènepi as a digestive which goes well to end the evening was really very nice! See you again at the Flavor and Terroir show in November with pleasure!

24/03/2024: This is the third time we have come at the end of our vacation, the setting is as beautiful as ever, the service is very pleasant and efficient and the porcini mushroom fondue is always a delight. We come back every year with pleasure and we will come back again! Thank you for this great evening

24/03/2024: Great evening in this restaurant even if I waited a bit for my plate, generously compensated by the free drinks, otherwise the dishes were excellent and the lamb shank will be for next time, I highly recommend
