Exceptional restaurant in Briançon. The trout is cooked to perfection 😍😏. Warm and generous welcome. It's the best restaurant in town ✌️❤️. You leave with stars in your eyes, both from the warm welcome and the delighted taste buds. Their success is well-deserved.

It was good, I had the grilled steak with maître d'hôtel sauce. I loved it!...
The interior is really nice 👍🏻, but I wasn't able to take any pictures.
Otherwise, the servers are so kind ❤️

What a great choice we made for our lunch together on July 3rd at this excellent restaurant in the Vauban citadel of Briançon! Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the delicious food, the friendliness and generosity of the manager, not to mention the smile and competence of the waitress! This restaurant, which truly deserves its recommendations, is well worth a visit. Go without hesitation; you won't be disappointed!

We ended up at this restaurant by chance. The hostess, Claudine, was super sweet. We received a complimentary aperitif! The food was super fresh, perfectly cooked, and everything homemade. To finish, we were offered a digestif. Thank you, Restaurant Rustique, you were fantastic!
