An unusual and rustic place. Excellent homemade food, a warm welcome, puzzle games on the table to keep you entertained while you wait, and a jukebox for atmosphere. Excellent!

What a wonderful, timeless moment spent at Le Rustique restaurant! The atmosphere is very relaxed, with a charming old-fashioned classroom on one side and a period-style restaurant on the other. The owner, Claudine, is lovely and welcoming. As a welcome gift, she offered a Rouge Gorge aperitif, a digestif, and some extra sweets, not to mention the franc coins needed to use her vintage jukebox, which still works perfectly. The cuisine is simple, hearty, and delicious. If you're ever in Briençon, make a detour to this restaurant; you won't be disappointed.

This is our second time here and it's still just as exceptional. A delicious meal to savor without moderation. The trout with oranges!!!! A delight. As for the atmosphere, it's fantastic. You really must experience the ambiance of the dining room and the surrounding area.

Le Rustique is a restaurant of a kind that's hard to find these days. True to its name, its decor is authentically rustic. The generous, homemade dishes, prepared with care, are as comforting as they are delicious. The staff stands out for their attentive service and generosity, making the experience even more enjoyable. An authentic establishment, without a single flaw.

What a delightful time we had here! The setting, the food (with its surprising and varied selection), the welcome—it was all wonderful. And what a lovely idea to offer a small fee for using the jukebox! The group (a diverse clientele) was captivated. A natural conversation flowed over the carefully chosen music.
