We discovered this restaurant during a family outing (19 people). Nicole received us like kings! She was very attentive to our requests and so kind! A very nice meeting. We also really appreciated Lilya’s kindness. And the food was very good. We will happily return to this restaurant if we return to Colmar.

Atrocious service. The waitresses who argue almost as they pass between the tables. A slightly older waitress with platinum blonde hair who spends her time telling us "I don't have time"... And who admits that the dishes are prepared in advance. Too expensive for the quality and service.

I came to eat with my husband, we had heard about Stam from friends of ours! We are not disappointed and will return very soon. Very good service from Nicole who made us laugh a lot during our meal. Thanks also to chef Morgane and Anaïs for their good humor. Very good dish and beautiful presentation of the plates, we are delighted with this restaurant and will come back with pleasure. See you soon Stam and thank you to the team.

23/10/2024: Walking around Colmar, for the very first time, it was the most splendid discovery of my trip. Looking for a bakery in the area, the beauty of Colmar's famous pretzel immediately attracted me. At the entrance to this one, I must admit, I expected a slightly warmer welcome from the region, a small point to improve ;) But as far as my order goes, every savory sandwich in your shop was fabulous. They knew how to revive adults and children alike with succulent and sought-after flavors. I have rarely eaten sandwiches this good, you have my word. Looking forward to eating your sandwiches again, and see you soon to taste your pretzels!

21/08/2024: Suite à refus de nous servir dans un restaurant voisin, nous voici arrivés dans cet établissement. Une carte plutôt diversifiée pour les plats et très variées pour les boissons…un peu moins pour les desserts. Cependant, une écoute attentive et personnalisée par le personnel afin de répondre aux différentes demandes particulières (type vinaigrette sans sucre pour une personne diabétique). L’ensemble du repas a été correct et les mets proposés sont plutôt locaux. Nous vous conseillons l’île flottante qui est énorme et a un coût réduit, à savoir 5€… Une brasserie bien sympathique au cœur de Colmar, et un service au top. Nous recommandons cet établissement pour une halte déjeuner.
15/08/2024: Trotz sehr viel Betrieb, die Mitarbeiter/innen, insbesondere unser Kellner Vincent, hatten einen Top Überblick. Bestellung, Service und Bezahlung sehr professionell und freudlich. Weine aus dem Elsass, natürlich, ausgezeichnet ebenso die bestellten Gerichte. Kommen gerne wieder
