We were looking for a place to eat typical Alsatian food, and Stam met our expectations! The service was impeccable and the food was top notch.

We discovered this restaurant during a family outing (19 people). Nicole received us like kings! She was very attentive to our requests and so kind! A very nice meeting. We also really appreciated Lilya’s kindness. And the food was very good. We will happily return to this restaurant if we return to Colmar.

Atrocious service. The waitresses who argue almost as they pass between the tables. A slightly older waitress with platinum blonde hair who spends her time telling us "I don't have time"... And who admits that the dishes are prepared in advance. Too expensive for the quality and service.

A fantastic dinner, we ate very well, top service, very kind waitress who also spoke Italian. We will return without any problems!

I came to eat with my husband, we had heard about Stam from friends of ours! We are not disappointed and will return very soon. Very good service from Nicole who made us laugh a lot during our meal. Thanks also to chef Morgane and Anaïs for their good humor. Very good dish and beautiful presentation of the plates, we are delighted with this restaurant and will come back with pleasure.
