A great find! Everything is homemade. The complimentary appetizers are a nice touch, and the tarte flambée is made with real bacon. The dishes are good value for money.

It had been a long time since I'd eaten at this restaurant. I did my first cooking internships there back when Stéphane Bartholomé was the owner. The meal was good, but there's room for improvement. The tarte flambée was good, but it's a shame the dough and the cream were pre-made. It was tasty, but a bit disappointing that it wasn't entirely homemade. The crème brûlée for dessert was excellent. The servers were very pleasant, even if the service was rather slow. But as a former cook, I understand the current staff shortage, so you can't really blame them for that. I'll come back to try other dishes on the menu because the restaurant's atmosphere is very pleasant, and living in Bischwiller, it's quite convenient in terms of distance.

I love this restaurant! It's our go-to place for meals, for me and my colleague. The food is always excellent and the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend it.

Good food. Competent and friendly staff. I've been there 4 or 5 times and I've never been disappointed. Try it if you're not familiar with it.
