An address that you would like to keep to yourself, that's how wonderful it is at Alisiers. If you can do without a pool and spa, this is the place for you. You can enjoy breathtaking views from the restaurant, the terrace and some rooms, as well as light, local, tasty cuisine with vegetables from their own garden. There are excellent wine recommendations to accompany the meal. But above all, the warm owners Caroline and Matthias Degouy create a feel-good atmosphere without being intrusive. The charm of this hotel-restaurant is incomparable. Of course, the beds are very comfortable, the towels are fluffy and the rooms are absolutely clean. It's just difficult to leave because you don't want to leave. Lapoutroie is an ideal starting point for hikes or visits to beautiful villages and towns in Alsace. We would like to thank Caroline, Matthias, Benoit, Jeanne and the entire team for an unforgettable celebration. Everything was perfect!

Dans les hauteurs de Lapoutroie, avec une bien jolie vue sur la vallée, une découverte sympathique avec terrasse panoramique et salle à manger aux grandes baies vitrées pour regarder les Vosges en souriant. Cuisine super locale, service souriant, addition "alsacienne" dans le sens un peu cher, mais le dépaysement vaut le coût. Avec hôtel pour les touristes.

Un très bel endroit avec une vue magnifique depuis la salle à manger. La terrasse est également agréable. Le repas était très bon, le petit déjeuner correct également. La chambre quant à elle était un peu sombre, la literie correcte et la propreté de l'ensemble relativement satisfaisante. Seul bémol de notre point de vue : le personnel n'était pas très avenant, correct et professionnel mais malheureusement pas souriant et peu sympathique. Mais cela n'a pas gâché notre court séjour !

To know the owners, the place and above all what they do with it for a long time, EVERYTHING is superb at Les Alisiers. With the added bonus of a garden which provides many of the products served at their table. When professionals are passionate about what they do, the difference is felt at EVERY level. What a pleasant meal yesterday, so well executed in terms of taste, perfect with meticulous and attentive service. Obviously this setting and this exceptional view also enhance this moment, a flawless one on all levels to be repeated as soon as possible. Thank you both and your team.

An unforgettable week. Everything is absolutely perfect, the place with a breathtaking panorama, the spacious and comfortable room, the gourmet meals, full of finesse, originality and composed of organic local products as well as the garden adjoining the hotel. And what can we say about the kindness and unfailing availability of the charming owner and the staff who are always attentive to your well-being.
