A French product store that's definitely worth a visit, and a trip to the botanical/animal park is also recommended. The staff are helpful, attentive, and offer good advice. And they have a very wide variety of food for all animals. See you soon!

On y trouve de tout, mais passages entre les rayons trop étroits, peu de caisses ouvertes même aux heures d'affluence, certains produits excessivement chers.

I've been coming here for two years for my plants or for the pet supplies section (for my rabbit) and I'm satisfied. The staff are very friendly, especially in the pet supplies section and the young man with the long hair at the checkout. The only downside is that you're always out of stock of the hay I buy (it's not your fault), but it's a shame :( I'd like to update my review. I've always been satisfied, but after my visit on August 21st, I was very disappointed. There are fewer and fewer plants, but more and more food and decorations. Honestly, the selection of houseplants is appalling; there's practically nothing. You can tell it's been taken over by a new owner.

A huge thank you to the Botanic team for their help today! Renaud, Matthieu, and Guillaume were incredibly professional, friendly, and passionate. They spent the morning planting our trees, including Merlin the pear tree (a little nod 😉 to them for naming our plants after them!). We wholeheartedly recommend this store: the quality of the plants is excellent, but it's their caring approach and respect for all living things that truly sets them apart. Thanks again! 🤗🙏

A really lovely time in this beautiful park! Animals, diverse flowers... the only slight downside was the dead hen in one corner which, despite numerous requests, hasn't been moved much...😢😢

29/07/2026: The price-quality ratio is hard to beat. The lunchtime service was impeccable and very quick. The waiter was very professional and offered excellent advice.
12/07/2026: Hello. Second visit to Balsamic. We were disappointed. Minimalist menu. The servers, although friendly, seemed overwhelmed. No details about the dishes. We had a starter to share. It was okay (burrata) with the aperitif. However, the main course was disappointing: Minion steak and vegetables. The vegetables were waterlogged and covered in sauce. The water and sauce mixture didn't hold its shape on the plate. It wasn't appetizing. The Caesar salad was nothing like a Caesar salad: three baby gem lettuce leaves cut in half, one egg cut in half, and a few cherry tomatoes. €23 for the salad. A bit pricey for salad and an egg. They should really reconsider the name of this salad. This place also needs some tidying up. We were seated on the terrace next to an unkempt area. I think a trip to the dump is in order; the ambiance and appearance clearly warrant some attention. To finish, we had a double espresso. It tasted like a coffee infusion. Served in a tiny bowl. In short, we were disappointed with this meal.
