Great concept that's a big hit: it's always packed. The food is good and really inexpensive. The service is always very professional and friendly. Well done, you don't find that everywhere.

I love this restaurant. Excellent value for money, unbeatable. We were greeted with a smile, and the service was impeccable. The decor is tasteful, reminiscent of our grandparents' house. Chic country style, it's very comfortable.

L’Esprit Bouillon in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles A very good experience! The dishes are simple, hearty, and delicious, perfect for a pleasant meal. 27/05/2026: The terrace was very pleasant, and the service was friendly and quick. That's undoubtedly what will make us want to come back. However, the price-quality ratio is exaggerated: the burger was good but standard and not particularly generous... 22 euros for St. Médard is a bit too expensive. The salad and carpaccio aren't really prepared dishes... so it's difficult to give a definitive opinion. We'll have to see what other dishes they offer.

In winter, the cozy and inviting interior is perfect for a relaxing lunch or dinner break, while in warmer weather, the huge shaded terrace becomes a true haven of peace.
