Since the restaurant was renamed, it's like night and day. The food is simply delicious, plentiful, almost like gourmet canteen fare, at a ridiculously low price! Apparently, the chef is a woman, which is wonderful to see so much talent! I came with my mom once and my dad a second time, and each time we received fantastic service! The staff is very friendly; it's a truly delightful and enjoyable experience to come to Au Bouillon Les Frangins! Thank you so much! 😁

Very delicious food but the waiter didn’t ask me whether I wanted bottle of water . He brought it anyways and charged me somewhere around 5 euros for it. I’ve noticed a lot of scams like that across the city.

15/08/2026: I absolutely loved everything! 💃 The staff's kindness and smiles, the service and the friendly waitress, the atmosphere, the setting, and also the excellent food. The curry mussels and fries were to die for! 🤗
14/08/2026: Never disappointed with this establishment. The staff is incredibly attentive. The terrace was nearly empty this evening, with a lovely, gentle breeze. We enjoyed a cocktail, a generous and delicious Landes salad, and shared profiteroles! A delightful evening. I highly recommend it.
