Great time spent at the restaurant with creative and quality cuisine. A very nice surprise. Excellent welcome and very helpful. I even got a special breakfast. Thanks to the whole team.

While leaving for a few days on vacation, we stopped to eat. We had taken care to book in advance. Very refined and delicious cuisine, a successful mix of sweet and savory flavors, we loved it

We are very satisfied with our stay at this establishment. Pleasant welcome, good value for money room, clean, tastefully decorated and above all a very good smell like I have never smelled anywhere! Only downside, a lot of noise in the morning but this is not due to the establishment. I recommend ++

The restaurant is worth a stop whether you are staying at the hotel or not. Good, well presented and well served, the dishes are also rather inventive while remaining accessible even to an ordinary palate like mine. The hotel is well maintained, the room welcoming and good value for money.

Les Iles du Cantal

25/09/2024: Very good cuisine with quality products. We were very well received. The team took great care of our dog who accompanied us (quiet corner and water bowl). If you are passing through Saint Flour, don't hesitate, you will be delighted!
22/09/2024: Starter, main course and dessert for 17 euros. Difficult to find such good value for money
