Having lived in Troyes for over a year, this was my first time trying this restaurant, and I certainly wasn't disappointed! The breaded chicken burger and the risotto with duck leg were incredible. A big thank you also to the young waitress for her infectious good humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place!

Dinner on a weekday. A warm welcome from the young woman serving and a quality dish (rib steak). Excellent value for money: rib steak + side dish for under €25, nothing to complain about. I recommend it 100%.

A great discovery for us. The restaurant's setting is warm and friendly, as are the welcome and service. Very good value for money. We really enjoyed our meal (the fries and burgers were delicious and served quickly).

Charming restaurant, very pleasant friendly atmosphere, I do not regret this culinary experience, the dishes are generous and delicious. The service is fast and very pleasant, a special nod to Traycillia who was wonderful with us. I recommend this address!

22/03/2026: An absolutely extraordinary brunch at Le Millésime! There was everything you could want, with consistently high quality from start to finish. The welcome was pleasant and warm, making the experience even more enjoyable. A unique and much-appreciated touch: finishing with raclette – a real treat! Everything was perfect, and we left more than satisfied. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! We'll be back with pleasure 😜.

08/03/2026: We were looking for a really good restaurant. Troyes is very expensive, and due to mass tourism, the quality is only mediocre. At La Table de François, we received excellent service. Very attentive. The food was outstanding, innovative, and modern. We were delighted with every bite. And the price of €45 for a set menu was more than reasonable. We highly recommend this beautifully decorated restaurant.
15/02/2026: Friendly welcome. Decent food. Pleasant service. Good value for money. Perhaps a little noisy and lacking in privacy.
