Restaurant Muller sur Niederbronn-Les-Bains

We spent a day at the hotel spa, or rather, two hours at the spa and two hours at the restaurant for lunch. To be honest, as frequent restaurant and hotel diners, we expected much better. First, at the restaurant, the welcome was quite cordial. The service, however, was very slow. The wait between courses was interminable. The waitress told us about her health problems even though we hadn't asked, and the waiter cleared the table by placing the cloth bread basket on top of a sauce-covered plate. We headed to the spa hoping to relax. But what a disappointment! While the establishment looked high-quality from the outside, the arrival at the spa was… negative. There were just two changing rooms, the walls of which were partially moldy. A sort of locker room without a shower. A hairdryer that must have been at least 20 years old. The spa is very small, with two saunas and a hammam that wasn't working. Too few sun loungers for the number of customers. The sensory showers were overcrowded. The jacuzzi wasn't very hot. The tiles around the pool were extremely slippery. After an hour and a half at the spa, we decided to leave. Really disappointed with our visit. Very poor value for money.

We had a wonderful stay in a magnificent setting, the spa suite was superb. The relaxation area was very pleasant and we ate very well. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional; everything was done to offer us an unforgettable experience.

I've been coming for a long time; the new rooms are very nice, as is the new restaurant. Personally, I prefer full table service in the restaurant to the buffet-style starter where you have to get up. The staff is very professional.

Family weekend. We had a wonderful stay. I had a fantastic massage from Lucas. Regarding lunch and dinner, I'd like to thank Cassandra, Patrick, and Damien for their recommendations on the dishes, desserts, and wines. It's always so good. I highly recommend this establishment.

We stayed one night in a prestige room. The room was very clean, the bedding was high quality, and the soundproofing was perfect. The breakfast was complete, with both savory and sweet options. The reception staff were very warm and friendly. My disappointment concerned the spa area...not enough lounge chairs for all the guests, and the sauna and steam room were very small. It was too crowded at the same time, so it wasn't very relaxing. After about an hour, we left.
