Finally, a restaurant where the owner greets you, creating a connection. Authentic cuisine, simple and efficient, unpretentious but simply good. Perfectly cooked to order. Traditional meat dishes, steak tartare prepared fresh to order, daily specials (starter, main course, dessert) – excellent value for money. A great atmosphere, like in a restaurant with regulars, and regulars mean good food.

We came on Saturday with about 20 people. The food was excellent, the sauces delicious, the homemade mayonnaise to die for, and the staff were very friendly and humorous throughout. The service was quick and organized despite 20 different orders and changes of mind. Even the non-specialty dishes (like the salmon steak) were delicious, served with sautéed potatoes. They even had a few non-alcoholic drinks, even if we did get teased a bit (all in good fun! 😂)

We celebrated my wife's birthday yesterday, and we had a wonderful time.
The food was excellent and plentiful.
The owner shared his good humor with us at the end of the meal.

I never usually share opinions, but this time it seems important.
This restaurant is one of the few that still maintains true authenticity. The food is excellent, and the service is very warm.
In Nancy, it's one of the last to offer a wide selection of meats, accompanied by a fine wine list. Thank you to Alexandre, the manager, and the rest of the kitchen team behind the scenes.

A place we've loved for a very long time!
We've been coming to Les Nouveaux Abattoirs for many years and we've never been disappointed. The quality is always there, the portions are generous, and the service is very friendly.
A special shout-out to the vol-au-vent and the pig's trotters, which are truly excellent! 😋 A place we happily recommend and where we'll definitely keep coming back! 👌

I received a very warm welcome (I arrived 20 minutes before closing time).
