I knew this restaurant from my student days in Nancy, and it was a great pleasure, tinged with nostalgia, to rediscover this institution. I was craving calf's head with gribiche sauce again, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the tiramisu was an excellent choice to round off this superb lunch. Everything is perfect, with attentive staff. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Nancy and want to treat yourself.

14/06/2026: A superb discovery, my first time at Capu. Magnificent dishes, beautifully presented, generously portioned, and succulent. A well-stocked and clearly explained wine list, and top-notch service and sommelier. A truly wonderful experience, thank you to the entire team.
03/06/2026: Having recently moved to Nancy, I tried Capu with my daughter. What a wonderful discovery! From the excellent service to the lovely and pleasant setting, everything from the appetizer to the dessert was delicious. The icing on the cake was that the chef came to the dining room to make sure everything was alright. A truly excellent experience that we highly recommend. We will gladly return.
