Friendly and helpful staff, well located for the expo centre. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and the food was lovely.

Very nice hotel. The suite is spacious and the welcome is very good. Small downside: - Lacks a style in the room to fill the easel for breakfast in the room. - The breakfast in the room with pastries is too light. - A remote control for 2 TVs which means that you cannot see 2 TVs at the same time because the remote control changes the channels on the 2 TVs. No TF1 channel on the bedroom TV - Missing an extra chair to have breakfast in the room - No possibility of changing the temperature in the room. - no separation between the bedroom and the living room so no privacy. For the rest, clean room. Fairly large parking lot with charging station.

An excellent restaurant with very good products!

very pleasant hotel, evening staff at the top, evening meal in the hotel restaurant very good, in the morning the staff was a little colder, breakfast buffet was not re-filled so a lot of shortage (price not justified). We were disturbed three times by the cleaning person who apparently couldn't wait for us to leave to clean the room.

The staff is very friendly. We’d like to give a special shoutout to Chaima at reception. Her kindness and thoughtfulness has made our stay excellent! Thank you.

Quiet place easy to locate with easy parking.

In my opinion it's actually a very nice hotel. There were only a lot of small dark hairs on the bed sheet on one side of the bed. Can happen. Despite the late hour, I got new sheets from the receptionist without any problems. She was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. When we checked out early at around 5 a.m., I had to wait almost 15 minutes at the unmanned reception to get the hotel bill. The lady apparently had something to do elsewhere in the house. This can also happen when you are alone in such a large building.
