Incroyable du de début jusqu'à la fin nous nous sommes régaler avec le tataki de thon et le foie gras ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisirs lors de notre prochain passage à saint-malo !

This is a fine dining restaurant sat above the France et Chateaubriand Hotel. The views are amazing and the sunsets superb if the weather is right. We had the three course option at €49 and the food was very good. We struggled with the menu as the waiter spoke no English & our French is poor but the chef did come out and try to explain each course to us. There was no outstanding dish but nothing poor and the choice is limited, overall, for the money, not a bad experience. Over time I guess this may well become ‘the place to go’ in Saint Malo but needs a little refinement to get there. Would recommend but make sure you have a translator on your phone if you don’t speak French.
