Restaurant Pierre sur Macon

A wonderful experience at this Mâcon restaurant: - Warm atmosphere - Impeccable and friendly service - Excellent ingredients beautifully presented by the chef: I highly recommend the Charolais tournedos and the authentic Grand Marnier soufflé! A highly recommended address.

A cozy restaurant with understated yet refined decor. We were treated to a gourmet meal for a birthday (for two people). It's a shame there wasn't someone with in-depth wine knowledge available when we were choosing our dishes. There was very little advice, which was a real shame. If there was a culinary disappointment, it was the "lobster fricassee with risotto..." In total, I only managed to "taste" the equivalent of half a lobster claw. Having dined in restaurants of this caliber, I found this stingy. Admittedly, due to the difficulty of finding a parking space (we were 20 minutes late), the restaurant was notified by phone. During the meal, the more time passed, the faster the dishes "arrived." We felt pressured to rush to free up the parking space, which isn't normal in a fine dining establishment. Furthermore, the coffee break was brief, as we felt like we were busy tidying up the dining room for the evening.

A very good restaurant with excellent value for money for the set menu. Two drawbacks: the smell of brown wine which spoils the enjoyment of a good wine, and the Coca-Cola-style service. Despite everything, we'll be back 👍

We came yesterday for a birthday celebration, a party of four. We were delighted with the chef's cuisine, which lived up to its Michelin star. However, the welcome, the owner's remarks, and her smile only when the bill arrived were unacceptable for a Michelin-starred restaurant! Having frequented establishments of this caliber, this is the first time we've been so poorly received; it's a shame, as it spoiled the meal! The waitress was very friendly, which redeemed the atmosphere somewhat. Apparently, this isn't the first time, judging by the comments; perhaps it would be wise to reconsider their approach. We left a positive review, but this will be our last visit... a pity, as the meal was excellent.

Always top-notch... refined cuisine... the scallops were to die for... impeccable service... a big thank you for your thoughtful gesture celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary, we really appreciated it... thank you again and see you soon. Bravo!

Exceptional service! A very pleasant dining room and attentive staff. Perfect cuisine! Special mention for the chef's foie gras, certainly one of the best in the entire region! We will definitely be back!
