Where to begin? A seasonal menu featuring local produce, whose flavors are beautifully enhanced by the chefs. The dishes are excellent: perfectly cooked, the vegetables, sauces, textures, and flavors always blend together perfectly. The dining room is very cozy, you always feel comfortable there, and the service is impeccable (bread and still water regularly replenished, crumbs cleaned up, a small anise marshmallow offered at the end of the meal). It's a real treat to have such a good restaurant in such a small town! Thank you for your professionalism and dedication 😁🥂✨

We enjoyed the setting and the service. The turbot was slightly undercooked.

We had a very good time at Racinette restaurant: a pleasant atmosphere and very good food. We also really enjoyed the wine.

I recently discovered Racinette after a holiday in the Gers region. The food is excellent: seasonal, locally sourced, and beautifully prepared. I had the veal breast with a wonderful mashed potato. My partner ordered the tuna, which was also very good. The value for money is excellent, with attentive service. I highly recommend it!

Exceptional food exquisitely presented in an informal atmosphere with friendly service. Certainly the best restaurant I have visited in France for some time. What makes it good is the lightness and delicacy of every dish so that even the meat doesn’t seem heavy. Very aromatic and seasonal. Some nice bio wines too.
