Le cadre, l'accueil, l'ambiance, le service, tout est parfait. Quant à la table, elle va au-delà de la perfection (et oui, çà existe). Les mets sont fins, et révélateurs de tous les talents de la brigade du chef, que nous remercions de nous avoir accueillis dans sa cuisine. Un clin d’œil spécial pour les serveurs, très à l'écoute et ouverts à la conversation avec les clients. Mention spéciale à Lionel !

Le local est charmant en étant dans le Cantal ainsi que la salle. L’extérieur manque d’entretien. Le Chef qui est maintenant aux fourneaux Aurélien Gransagne est d’une gentillesse remarquable, la visite de la cuisine fut un très agréable moment. Ça ne restera pas un de nos restaurants préférés, mais on a passé un bon moment. Le prix est (incroyablement) raisonnable pour un doublement étoilé. Petit reproche: ce fut une première que j’ai eut proposé un yaourt comme alternative au fromage. Je m’attendais à avoir un yaourt fait maison, quelque chose d’innovant et d’audacieux (c’est d’ailleurs pour cette raison là que je l’ai demandé); mais non: ce n’est qu’un simple pot de yaourt qu’on pourrait acheter nous mêmes. J’avoue, pour un doublement étoilé je trouve que ça n’embellis pas la table.

The service is perfect and everything contributes to enjoying an unforgettable moment, right down to the delicate highlighting of the dishes and the guests. Just one thing: to come back. With this 360-degree view, the marriage of this old castle with glass and oxidized metal is perfect. The welcome is given by Marie-Aude Vieira, a friendly and welcoming person. We had an aperitif in the lounge with succulent appetizers. At the table, the cooking of the arctic char was perfect. What can we say about the variation of farm guinea fowl, a blend of subtle flavors with blackcurrant. Our taste buds and pupils are boiling. Everything is perfect, the staff is present without being stuffy. A big thank you to Aurélien Gransagne who was able to take up the torch of this very beautiful establishment

On the heights the place is breathtaking, the decor blends into nature. The welcome upon arrival is warm and friendly. The refreshing cocktail served in a panoramic lounge, after excellent appetizers, and the choice of our menu decided we are accompanied to our table. There !! The dishes, a delight for the eyes and a dazzling for the taste buds, everything takes place in a friendly professional atmosphere, Marie Aude Vieira pays attention to each of her customers, the staff always very attentive and efficient answers each of our questions. At the end of lunch Aurélien Gransagne comes to greet us and we exchange a few words. Congratulations to the entire team, in which everything is impeccable. L.B.

It all begins like a fairy tale... A castle...a carefully lit path, then a descent towards a cave opening onto a dazzling panorama. The welcome from Ms. Vieira and her team is warm and caring. The setting is modern and soft with the presence of wood and the colorful notes of bouquets of field flowers from the surrounding countryside. We feel the passion and professionalism, the roots in a terroir which gives a strong identity to the dishes. The recipes are tasty, the presentations poetic and magnificent, the cooking just impeccable... Real masterpieces! Thank you to Ms. Vieira and her team for this unique moment which satisfied our Breton taste buds, our pupils and our senses. We'll come back! The icing on the cake was that we were able to book the day before... Magical!
