The simple and rare pleasure of a perfect lunch. Go for it, it’s exceptional! In the dining room, there is a friendly and fluid atmosphere, Christophe watches over everything attentively and calmly. The plates are artfully and elegantly presented. But above all, it's good, very good even...and that's the main thing. The cherry on the credit card is that you won't get a call from your banker after your departure. Don't forget to come back as soon as possible!

Thursday evening, a parenthesis of happiness, a style, a universe specific to Chef Benoit Vidal Discovered 6 years ago in Val d'Isère with 2** Michelin (2 dinners), here it is on the heights of Annecy le Vieux. 2 months of opening and already the Chef and his team have made their mark. Brilliant sauces, concentrated in flavor, accuracy of taste and cooking Very accurate plates. A service that is perfectly regulated by a smiling, elegant, efficient butler, with a pretty Ukrainian accent and comfortable in her room. A short wine list in the making but already on good foundations. Magnificent welcome and top-notch cuisine

Gastronomic meal full of finesse and delicate flavors as well as the presentation. We chose the surprise menu and it was a superb surprise. Perfect service and sommelier. Cozy atmosphere. This is a very nice discovery.

This comment concerns the Bistronomic part for lunch. We ate very well prepared dishes with sought-after flavors. The service was okay. There are 2 menu choices. That's not much. If you are picky eaters or have dietary restrictions it may be difficult to please yourself. We did not appreciate the too low temperature of the room. We eat directly on the laminate table, no set. However, it is good value for money. We really want to try the Gastro to see the difference.
